Burslem  Izaak Walton Angling Club, is a very well established club, founded circa 1890.
It offers some fine stretches of the River Dove, the River Trent, and access to Canals and stillwaters in rural Staffordshire. 

It offers a variety of fishing to suit everyone’s tastes from good wild Brown Trout and Grayling to specimen Barbel and Chub on the rivers. On the stillwaters we have access to a good variety of fishing from Gudgeon to Carp to 20lb+. 

Night fishing is allowed on all of our waters except wilds farm pool and wilds top pool.

Unlike some clubs BIWAS don’t charge a joining fee or charge extra for a night permit.

Membership is limited to 150 to ensure there’s always enough room for all our members.
